The goal of this project proposal was to achieve a high level of engagement among attendees using a multisensory approach.
Starting with the immersive quality of the high-definition 360° 3D video scenography (over twenty thousand pixels), the experience integrated sound effects, stage lighting, equipment, and techniques capable of stimulating other senses.
Multisensory effects heightened the sensation of cold: lights, sounds, icy wind, and ice smoke.
Through an animated setting projected around the entire perimeter of the venue, guests made their entrance with the feeling of being transported to the summit of a mountain in a springtime context.
After the entrance of all guests, a high-impact 3D virtual storm of about 40 seconds took the audience into a winter mountain scenario, cold and bright. The Artic logo came to life from the explosion of an ice fragment.
Midway through the evening, an additional scenography brought a moonlit, snowy night to the mountaintop accompanied by wolves.
A virtual photographic exhibition and a display of Artic cocktails and bottles took the stage for 18 minutes. The bottles emerged as shining stars before revealing themselves at the opportune moment.
