1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser while you browse. They can be essential for the site's operation, or used for statistical analysis, personalization, and marketing.
Our site uses a granular consent system: you can choose which categories to accept via the banner that appears on first visit, and change your mind at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer.
2. Cookie categories
Below are the 4 categories we group cookies into, indicating whether they are first-party or third-party:
2.1 Necessary (always on)
Technical cookies essential for the site's operation. They do not require consent (art. 122 Italian Privacy Code).
- ofk-consent (first-party, 12 months): stores your cookie banner choices.
- ofk_token (first-party, session): admin panel authentication token. Only for authenticated admin users.
- ok-lang (first-party, persistent): language preference when manually selected.
2.2 Analytics
Help us understand how users interact with the site in aggregate, anonymous form. Consent required.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, third-party, 13 months): site usage statistics. In cookie-less Consent Mode v2 if consent is denied.
2.3 Marketing
Used to show you more relevant ads on social media and measure advertising campaigns. Consent required.
- _fbp, fr (Meta Pixel, third-party, 90 days): identifier for Meta Ads remarketing.
- li_sugr, bcookie (LinkedIn Insight, third-party, 3-12 months): identifier for LinkedIn remarketing.
2.4 Personalization
Store UI preferences for a smoother experience. Consent required.
- ofk-theme (first-party, persistent): selected dark/light theme.
3. Consent management
You can manage your consent at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer of every page. From there you can accept all, reject all, or enable only specific categories.
Consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal.
4. Third parties
For cookies set by third-party providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), their privacy policies are available on their respective websites. When marketing consent is denied, third-party tags operate in "cookie-less" mode where available (e.g. Google Consent Mode v2), otherwise they are not loaded at all.
